Q2: What kind of photos should I upload for reference?
A: Clear, high-resolution  and muti-views images work best. Front-facing images with good lighting give the most accurate results. Avoid blurry or low-light photos for optimal 3D printing quality.

Q3: Can I change my order after placing it?
A: Changes are possible only before production begins. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.


2. Producting

Q1: How long does it take to make a figurine?
A: Production usually takes 5–12 business days depending on the complexity of your custom figurine. We’ll notify you when it’s ready to ship.

Q2: What materials do you use?
A: We use high-quality full-color resin and durable materials to ensure vibrant colors and long-lasting figurines. Each piece is hand-finished for the best result.

Q3: How accurate is the 3D model?
A: Our skilled artists and advanced 3D printing technology ensure a high level of accuracy. Small details are carefully captured to reflect the essence of your photo.

Q4: Do you offer revisions?
A: Yes! If you notice any issue or want minor adjustments, we can revise your 3D model before final printing to ensure satisfaction.

A: Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping options and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Q2: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days for international orders. 

Q3: Which carriers do you use?
A: We work with trusted carriers such as YunExpress to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Q4: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.


4. Pricing & Payment

Q1: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options offered during checkout.

Q2: Are taxes included?
A: Taxes depend on your location. U.S. orders may include sales tax based on state regulations. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.


5. Guarantee & Return Policy

Q1: What if I’m not satisfied with my figurine?
A: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with the final product, we will work with you to fix any issues.

Q2: Do you offer refunds?
A: If you record an unboxing video and find that your item is defective or damaged, you may keep the damaged figurine. We will arrange a reprint of your order. Since custom figurines are made to order, we typically offer a free reprint rather than a cash refund.


6. Others

Q1: Who owns the copyright of my custom figurine?
A: You retain full ownership of your original photos. We do not claim copyright over your images. Our work is solely for producing your custom 3D figurine.

Q2: How do you protect my photos and personal data?
A: Your privacy is very important to us. Photos and personal information are stored securely and used only for creating your figurine. We never share your data with third parties without your consent. After your order is completed, files are deleted unless you allow us to keep them for future orders.
